Scott Dombroski - CPO is from Cheboygan, MI. He attended Michigan Technological University and obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2012. While at Michigan Tech., Scott generated an interest in Orthotics and Prosthetics when a sports injury required him to obtain an ACL knee brace. This experience drew him to Eastern Michigan University, where he earned his Master's Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics in 2014. After finishing his schooling, Scott joined the Teter family for both his Orthotic and Prosthetic Residencies. After completion of his residencies, Scott earned his Certification in both Orthotics and Prosthetics through the American Board of Certification. He then moved back to Cheboygan with his wife, son and two Huskies. He currently works in the Cheboygan, Gaylord, Grayling and Petoskey offices. Scott is an active member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists. He sees patients for all aspects of orthotic and prosthetic needs. Some specialties include infant cranial remolding orthoses, sports bracing, neurological deficits and amputation care at all levels. Scott loves seeing the positive results provided to his patients from Orthotic and Prosthetic management. He finds the uniqueness of the field, variety of devices, and advancements in technology a fascinating combination that makes O&P the perfect occupation for him.
