Megan Kalenauskas - CP, BOC Fitter began her work in prosthetics as a technician in Flint, MI in 2004. She continued her technician work and became a prosthetic assistant while earning her Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Megan completed her Prosthetics certification schooling at Northwestern University in 2010 and received her ABC certification in 2012. She moved to Alpena in that same year, specifically to provide prosthetic services in Northern Michigan, and she joined the Teter staff in 2014. Furthering her abilities in the field, Megan became a certified Orthotic Fitter in 2017.
Originally from downstate Michigan, Megan and her husband, Eric, enjoy living in Alpena and raising their three young sons in such a beautiful and friendly area. She enjoys needlework, crochet, hunting, camping, cooking, and traveling around Michigan.
Richelle King - CFO, Cped is a native of Alpena, MI where she began working in Orthotics & Prosthetics in 2001 doing billing and administrative duties in the Teter Alpena and Gaylord offices. Over the years, she greatly expanded her knowledge of orthotic devices and decided to continue on to the International School of Pedorthics where she successfully completed the course and became an American Board Certified Pedorthist in September 2011. Richelle then went on to attend and complete the ABC Orthotic Fitter program through Kassel Group Applied Technology Institute in August 2014. She rejoined the Teter staff in 2014 as an orthotic practitioner for the Alpena and Gaylord locations.
Richelle enjoys all aspects of the profession and is passionate about helping others. In her free time, Richelle enjoys being creative and working with her hands for a variety of different crafts. She loves spending time with her family, including her dogs and cats. Her two kids have grown but continue to keep her on her toes.
Tammy Eller - CFO is a native of Hubbard Lake, MI and began her employment with Teter Orthotics and Prosthetics in 1998. She received her American Board of Certification as an Orthotic Fitter shortly after her employment. Tammy continued her education and received her American Board of Certification as a Mastectomy Fitter Certification in 2011.
During her time away from work she has volunteered for her local Fire Department, as a Firefighter and EMT, for over 30 years. Tammy is involved with local Community Association and she participates in Friends Together Cancer Support Group. She enjoys watching wildlife in her backyard and spending time on the lake.
